Do I have to change my phone number?
No! We provide a new marketing number that forwards to your existing number. You can still answer calls as usual.
What happens if someone calls my original number?
If they call your original number directly, AutoBook won’t trigger. That’s why we recommend updating your business listings to the new number.
Can AutoBook integrate with my existing calendar?
Yes! Whether you use Google Calendar, Outlook, or a job management system, we can integrate it seamlessly.
It takes around 3-4 weeks. We’ll send you a simple onboarding questionnaire to tailor AutoBook to your business.
Is there a contract?
We require a 3-month minimum commitment, then you can cancel anytime.
How much does it cost?
It’s £159 to set up, then £59 per month. You get 500 two-way message credits included, and additional messages are just 5p each.
What if I get a high volume of calls?
No problem! AutoBook scales with your business. If you need more message credits, we’ll provide them at a low cost.
Will the AI understand my business?
Yes! We train AutoBook to understand your services, location, pricing, and FAQs, so it can respond accurately to customers.
What if a lead asks something complex?
AutoBook is designed to handle common enquiries, but if a message requires your personal touch, it can forward it to you for review.
Can I still answer calls if I’m available?
Absolutely! If you pick up the phone, AutoBook won’t send a message. It only activates when you miss a call.
